Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Reshipment of the correct item

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
